1. International and Domestic shipping options

Shipping options depend on the item size and weight, of course!

Upon successful group buy sale, Mr Butler will gather all the bargains in his warehouse, where the items will be shipped to their new owners.

• Depending on your location, the item/s size, and weight, the goods will be sent by:
• Group Buys might be sent directly from the manufacturer's workshop/warehouse.
• SlowPress arrives within 8-15 business days.
• Express arrives usually within 2-4 business days.
• Items deemed unsuitable for the above options due to size or weight will be shipped by sea.

2. Supported shipping zones

Mr Butler's 3rd party logistic partners can ship almost anywhere. If your shipping zone is not listed, or your country is not on the ban list, don't hesitate to contact us and provide as much detailed information as possible about your country and what items interest you.

5. Damages and lost packages

If you receive damaged goods, please provide photos and/or video of the whole item and the damages.

Our action depends on the damage.

1. We might request to have the damaged item sent to us and replace you with a new item upon the damaged item's arrival at the acceptable point of return.
2. We might partly refund you or the damaged item in full.
3. Include your order number.
4. DO NOT send damaged goods without contacting us first. You might lose your right to a refund or replacement of the damaged goods.
