1. Mr Butler's Group Buys

GUARANTY

When you buy a product, you want to ensure it lasts and performs well. That's why manufacturers provide a guarantee covering any defects or malfunctions for a certain period. However, not all guarantees are the same. 

Mr Butler's W.. Group Buys are confident in the quality and durability of our group buy products, so we offer you a minimum one-year factory guarantee for any defects or malfunctions that may occur during normal use. Some manufacturers might provide a longer guarantee on their items.

This guarantee covers the repair or replacement of your product, at our discretion, within the first year of purchase.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We regret to inform you that a return or exchange and refund on a group buys bargain is impossible. As stated in our terms and conditions, all bargain items are sold as final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. We hope you understand that this policy is necessary to maintain our low prices and high quality.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you find any problems with your order, obtain the signature of the delivery agent on the delivery note for the damaged merchandise. Please get in touch with us within ten days of receipt.

For defective items, please be prepared to provide details and share a photo or a video of what is wrong with the product. Please get in touch with us within ten days of receipt.

If you receive a damaged product, please provide photos and/or video of the whole item and the damages with your message.

Our expected action depends on the defect or damage.

  1. We might ask to have the item sent to us and replace you with a new item when the item arrives at the acceptable point of return.
  2. We might provide a partial or full refund or workshop credit.
  3. DO NOT send goods without contacting us first. You might lose your goods and the right to a refund or replacement of the goods.

3. Lost Packages Other issues

Your satisfaction is our goal. That is why we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our service, and we will do everything we can to get your products to you on time and in perfect condition.

If you do not receive your package within the expected time frame, please get in touch with us with your order number.

4. Exceptions - non-returnable items or items with return limitations

Mr Butler's W.. cannot accept returns or refunds for custom orders such as customised orders or items ordered from quotations or group buys.

Items that have a short shelf life, such as liquids.

5. Advice on how to avoid disappointment, project delays and frustration!

It happens too often due to wrong product ordering. We do waste too much time for no gain!

Therefore, I ask you to please carefully study the product description, photos, and videos for a few minutes to learn if this is the right product for your project. If you are still in doubt, consult our KB or contact us.

Although we speak five European languages, English is the official language for Mr Buttler's Workshop. We will not respond to emails sent in other languages; thanks for your understanding.

Please remember that Mr Butler's Workshop is a small outfit with a few helping hands when needed and does not offer 24/7 support.

We do our best to reply to all emails as soon as possible. If you haven't received an answer from us after 48 hours during normal business days, please check your promotional or spam folder.

We'll respond to emails sent to us during weekends, holidays, and Fridays the next business day during regular business hours, European standard time.
