2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you find any problems with your order, obtain the signature of the delivery agent on the delivery note for the damaged merchandise. Please get in touch with us within ten days of receipt.
For defective items, please be prepared to provide details and share a photo or a video of what is wrong with the product. Please get in touch with us within ten days of receipt.
Our expected action depends on the defect or damage.
- We might ask to have the item sent to us and replace you with a new item when the item arrives at the acceptable point of return.
- We might provide a partial or full refund or workshop credit.
- DO NOT send goods without contacting us first. You might lose your goods and the right to a refund or replacement of the goods.

Your satisfaction is our goal. That is why we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our service, and we will do everything we can to get your products to you on time and in perfect condition.

Mr Butler's W.. cannot accept returns or refunds for custom orders such as customised orders or items ordered from quotations or group buys.

It happens too often due to wrong product ordering. We do waste too much time for no gain!
Therefore, I ask you to please carefully study the product description, photos, and videos for a few minutes to learn if this is the right product for your project. If you are still in doubt, consult our KB or contact us.
